Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you would like an update on your order's progress in production, please message our customer service team via email ([email protected]) or the chat on our website. We will check on progress and circle back to you with an update.
For orders placed on April 1, 2026 and afterwards, your Adelante order will ship directly from our Guatemala workshop to the delivery address you provide at checkout. Once your orders ships, you will receive a tracking number via the email you provided at checkout.
